Herr Trump has slapped more Tariffs on Canada.

I have never seen such Canadian anger on the news and via social media.

Canada is matching Trump's tariffs, but Mr. Trump who say the US does not need Canada is ignorant of the fact that "Canada is the largest foreign supplier of energy and a vital source of critical minerals for the United States, providing over 60% of U.S. crude oil imports and roughly 99% of its natural gas imports. "

Some provinces might begin putting surcharges on the electricity, gas, and oil exported to the USA. Mr. Trump may have to use candle light and dry cell batteries to run his government. I have never seen such Canadian disgust, maybe hatred, toward any country's leader like the reaction to Trump.

Otherwise, Life is going to be rough on both sides of the border. Americans are already paying $4 plus at the pumps. If Trump riles Canada further, the days of $4 dollars will seem like the Garden of Eden. How did Americans, ? Friends of we Canadians ?, elect such a man? Sorry, I am a bit upset with the US government.

I just hope Americans do something to soften Trumps financial approach not only to Canada, but his other allies, like Europe, South America, South Korea, and Japan.

I believe it is time more countries follow Canada's example and serve notice to this thug, "Back off or else!" The USA cannot survive without the rest of the world's help.
