DONALD TRUMP'S TARIFF GAME IS BRILLIANT

The Wall Street Journal attacked President Trump's Tariff policy. The WSJ "called them the 'dumbest tariff plunge' and Trump's plan the 'dumbest trade war in history' as several editorials struck out against them in recent weeks."

Well, I think the WSJ and many economic pundits are missing the ingenious strategy Trump is employing because they are looking upon his actions as that of the President of the United States.

Yes, he is President, but first and foremost, Mr. Trump is a capitalist, businessman, entrepreneur, and profiteer. As President, he is in an excellent position to manipulate worldwide investment markets of all kinds. For lesser folk, this is called insider trading.

I believe that Donald Trump is using his Tariff Game to make money for himself -- a main goal of any capitalist, businessman, entrepreneur, and profiteer.

I am not a genius when it comes to investments, but I can see capitalism at its most greedy in what Trump is accomplishing.

Sell Short, Cover Shorts, Buy Low, Sell High

Mr. Trump knows that when he announces Tariffs, most investment markets around the world will drop.

Manipulate Stock Markets

1. First, before he makes his "idiotic" Tariff announcement. He sells any stock he has that will give him a capital gain. He then sells short a bunch of other stocks. Then, he announces a Tariff. The world investment markets will drop.

2. He covers his shorts at the lower price and also buys some stocks whose prices have dropped.

3. Then he announces some tariff reprieve because he knows the markets will rebound for two reasons: the greedy buying low and reaction to the better tariff news.

4. Repeat step one, again and again and again.

Have a look at his impact on one market. Remember, Trump's advantage is that he knows when the markets will rise and when they will fall.

CRYPTOCURRENCY

I know very little about Cryptocurrency. However, Trump's tariff game is also affecting the price of bitcoin. I assume as an astute profiteer that Mr. Trump knows how to profit on the ups and downs of Cryptocurrency that he is manipulating. 

CAPITAL GAINS TAX AND CRIMINAL OFFENCES.

Of course, you might wonder about the Capital Gains tax that Donald Trump would have to pay on the millions or hundreds of millions he is amassing through his Tariff strategy.

Well, Mr. Trump does not do anything as mundane or pedestrian as pay income tax. Most wealthy capitalist, businessman, entrepreneur, and profiteer feel that income taxes are for the poor and middle class to pay. Based on the media discussions of his tax returns, the IRS is most helpful in protecting Trump from taxes.

In addition, It appears that Mr Trump tried to kill his previous vice-president by encouraging traitorous Americans to invade the American Capitol building. Trump pardoned the mob for their attempt to attack the vice-president and congressman in the Capitol. It seems that he condones terrorist insurrection against the American government. 

Trump served no time even though he is a convicted felon. So, even if he is accused of Stock fraud, stock manipulation, or insider trading, he will receive no consequence. Even if convicted, he can give himself a Presidential pardon.

He is a stellar example of what American Capitalism is all about.

He is one step away from being worshipped as a god by the American far right.
