Bravo to The Toronto Globe and Mail and Robyn Urback for publishing a logical response to Ontario Science Table’s Andrew Morris's prediction. “But I’m pretty certain that everybody in the next six to 12 weeks will be infected with Omicron, unless they’re living the life of a hermit. That’s just the reality.”

Robyn Urback wrote in response to Morris, "That of course raises the question of why we should bother with additional restrictions at all, if everyone will get sick anyway. Indeed, buying the health care system a couple of days of delay won’t matter if the whole province will inevitably contract COVID-19 in the span of three months."

 

 

 

The response from Robyn Urback was relevant -- the response to Dr. Morris’s prediction should have been immediate and resounding from all scholarly persons,

Thanks again to The Globe and Mail for questioning the PRONOUNCEMENT of a member of the medical profession. All professionals need to question and challenge the analysis of the medical world's  use of logic, use of statistics, use of knowledge and use of reasoning which has led to a Covid-19 strategy the efficacy of which seems to be in question.

In addition, thanks for presenting some international Omicron research, much of which seems to be done in Europe and other parts of the world. North Americans  need to be aware of this research,  instead of  depending on the anecdotal, fear-causing news reporting we have been inundated with since March 2020.
